Finance Manager

Work Experience :

5 Years or above and Brevet A & B are mandatory

Educational Requirements :

University/College or above, Accounting or Taxation background is mandatory

Language Conditions :

1. Indonesian is mandatory
2. English or Chinese is mandatory as well

Software Tools :

Microsoft office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is mandatory

ERP: MYOB, Accurate is mandatory; SAP or Oracle will be plus

Power BI or other AI software will be plus

Job Duties

1. Build up a complete finance team
2. Set up internal SOP, Standard Operating Procedure, related to finance, Accounting and Taxation.
3. Generate daily, monthly, quarterly and annually financial reports
4. Generate monthly, quarterly and annually tax reports
5. Cooperate with tax consultants and auditors for mandatory reports
6. Set up budget plan, internal review reports and control system
7. Fund plan, control and payment process
8. Deal with banks for long-term or short-term loan facility
9. Help to set up Accounting software system and input records on the system.
10. Prepare mandatory documents and system for internal control and compliance
11. Assist group CEO and CFO, if any
