What they need
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Build annual budgets, long-range forecasts, P&L models, and monthly financial close processes.
- Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, assess financial risks, and manage liquidity or credit.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, oversee audits, and ensure compliance with local tax and accounting standards.
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior executives (CFO, CEO, or Directors) to evaluate business performance, pricing, and capital allocation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide internal accountants and financial analysts.
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
