Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to manage and oversee the Finance function, covering Accounting, Treasury and Cash Management, and Business Planning. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cash management, sound budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Finance function, including Accounting, Treasury, Cash Management, and Business Planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and management accounts.
• Manage liquidity, cash position, funding requirements, and working capital.
• Oversee cash forecasting, banking relationships, fund allocation, and efficient use of financial resources.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
• Monitor financial performance against business targets and provide actionable insights to management.
• Provide recommendations on financial strategies, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Drive improvements in Finance processes, systems, and overall financial performance.
• Supervise and coordinate Finance team members to ensure effective departmental performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Finance management or a similar role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of treasury, cash management, and working capital.
• Experience in supervising or managing a Finance/Accounting team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
