Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end finance, accounting, day-to-day bookkeeping, budgets, P&L, and monthly financial reporting.
- Oversee manufacturing costing, raw material and finished goods inventory, stock reconciliation, and yield tracking.
- Monitor production costs, resource utilization, wastage, and profitability to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, credit control, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and product pricing.
- Ensure compliance with Zambian tax regulations, including VAT, PAYE, customs/excise duties, and corporate income tax.
- Strengthen financial controls, maintain accurate records, and lead the finance and accounting team.

Requirements
- 8–15 years of finance experience, including manufacturing/FMCG costing and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, raw material yields, stock reconciliation, budgeting, and financial control.
- CA / ACCA / CIMA / ZICA qualification, with relevant professional membership or licence preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP, Sage Pastel, or Syspro, and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of Zambian taxation and statutory compliance.
- Excellent written and spoken English, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
