We manage a residential apartment portfolio for property owners, handling leasing, tenant relations, maintenance and financial reporting. About the Role
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Property Accounting & Rent Collections Coordinator to own the money side of our operations. You’ll make sure rent is collected and recorded, vendors are paid on time, bank accounts reconcile, and owners get clear, accurate reports on how their properties are performing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post tenant rent payments, including online and in-person
• Prepare and make rent deposits
• Process contractor and vendor invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank accounts on a regular schedule
• Prepare quarterly and annual profit analysis reports for property owners
• Manage security deposits, including holding them and releasing them at move-out
• Work with our customer service lead on lease renewals

Qualifications

• Strong comfort working with financial reports
• Highly organized and accurate, with strong follow-through
• Clear, professional communication by phone and email
