Position Type: Full-Time

Divine Mercy Family of Parishes, consisting of Our Lady of the Visitation, St. Jude, and St. Joseph, is seeking an experienced Manager of Finance to oversee the financial operations of our parishes and schools.

Our parish family serves approximately 5,000 registered families and operates two K–8 schools and one preschool, serving approximately 1,300 students.

Position: Full-time, exempt, 12 months

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee parish and school accounting operations, financial records, and internal controls.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, projections, and cash-flow analyses.
• Work with parish leadership, Finance Councils, and school administrators on financial planning and responsible stewardship.
• Oversee payroll, banking, tuition, employee benefits, and related accounting functions.
• Ensure compliance with Archdiocesan financial policies and procedures.
• Coordinate accounting staff and provide financial guidance to parish leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting or financial management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Supervisory and nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support the mission of the Catholic Church.
