Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Buffalo, NY. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will monitor cash flow, manage variance analyses, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Day-to-day activities include partnering with business leaders on financial performance, maintaining internal controls, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to optimize the order-to-cash cycle. The role also involves mentoring finance team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems, advanced Excel skills, and comfort with data analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information and present clear insights to stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of cash flow management and order-to-cash processes in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and guiding finance team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Relevant experience in a finance management or senior financial analyst role, preferably in a global or technology-driven organization.
