What they need
*We are seeking an experienced finance manager for a 9-month fixed term contract to transform and up-lift the finance function of a privately owned successful NZ business. A background working in manufacturing or FMCG would be ideal, along with skills delivering meaningful financial reporting for the Board.
The position will be 'hands-on', commercially focused and targeted at someone who has the talent in delivering rapid improvements during a critical growth phase for the company (with a CA qualification). The appetite to ‘get stuck in’ is critical, as is leading a small accounting team.
As with a small/medium sized business the ability to pivot, flex when necessary and show resilience will be important for success in this assignment.
