Role Overview:

We are hiring a Finance Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end financial operations across multiple legal entities within the Fixity Group. The role requires strong financial expertise, hands-on operational control, and the ability to manage and guide a finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and strategic financial governance and supervise the finance team to ensure timely execution, internal control adherence, and cross-entity financial alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Multi-Entity Financial Operations

• Oversee complete accounting and financial operations for multiple group entities.
• Supervise bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, month-end & year-end closing processes.
• Review and finalize financial statements as per Indian GAAP.
• Ensure accuracy in inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
• Oversee all reconciliations bank, vendor, customer, statutory, and inter-entity accounts.
• Ensure proper documentation, audit trails, and financial record maintenance across entities.

2. Team Management & Financial Oversight

• Lead and manage the finance and accounts team across entities.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor task execution timelines.
• Review work outputs (entries, reconciliations, reports, filings) before finalization.
• Build accountability frameworks and strengthen financial discipline.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance process efficiency and compliance awareness.
• Establish structured SOPs and approval workflows for smooth financial operations.

3. Revenue, Billing & Working Capital Management

• Oversee billing cycles, invoicing accuracy, and revenue recognition.
• Monitor accounts receivable, debtor ageing, and collections strategy.
• Supervise accounts payable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Review payroll inputs, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
• Manage working capital planning and liquidity optimization across entities.
• Prepare and monitor consolidated cash-flow statements and forecasts.

4. Budgeting, MIS & Financial Planning

• Lead preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for all entities.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Review and present Monthly entity-wise MIS reports .
• Perform profitability analysis at business-unit/entity level.
• Support pricing decisions and cost optimization initiatives.
• Present financial dashboards to leadership for strategic decision-making.

5. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance (India)

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax across all entities.
• Supervise statutory filings and review compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits.
• Maintain entity-wise compliance trackers and statutory calendars.
• Ensure zero non-compliance risk through proactive monitoring.

6. Systems, Controls & Process Strengthening

• Oversee ERP systems (Tally / Zoho / other finance systems) across entities.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and risk mitigation frameworks.
• Implement process automation and reporting enhancements.
• Standardize financial processes across multiple entities.
• Ensure data integrity, access controls, and financial governance.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, and direct tax compliance.
• Experience handling multi-entity financial operations.
• Proven team management and financial oversight capability.
• Expertise in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho / ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Financial Modelling).
• Strong understanding of inter-company accounting and consolidation.
