Finance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage financial accounting, auditing, and compliance functions for the company.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure internal controls are effective in place to prevent fraud and errors.
• Provide guidance on financial management best practices to team members.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in finance & accounts or related field (CA mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) and Companies Act requirements.
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using CA software such as Tally ERP or similar tools.
