Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, manage vehicle finance activities, coordinate with banks and financial institutions, and support the achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in finance operations, preferably in an automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vehicle finance operations and financial activities.

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions for vehicle loan processing and approvals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with finance partners and customers.

• Support the Sales Team in achieving vehicle finance and insurance-related targets.

• Monitor loan applications, documentation, approvals, disbursements and pending cases.

• Ensure accurate verification and timely submission of customer finance documents.

• Guide and supervise finance executives and ensure smooth department operations.

• Track finance conversion ratios, approval rates and pending applications.

• Follow up with banks and finance partners to resolve delays and customer concerns.

• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly finance reports and performance records.

• Monitor finance schemes, interest rates and offers provided by financial institutions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and finance partner procedures.

• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Management to improve finance performance.

• Handle customer queries regarding loan eligibility, EMIs, down payments and finance options.

• Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Submit regular performance updates and reports to Management.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.

• Relevant experience in vehicle finance, banking, NBFCs or automobile dealership finance preferred.

• Good knowledge of vehicle loan processing and financial documentation.

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to coordinate with banks and financial institutions.

• Leadership and team-management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

• Target-oriented approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in automobile dealership finance and vehicle loan operations will have an added advantage.
