Finance Manager

Sellick Partnership are exclusively recruiting a Finance Manager for a growth focussed professional services SME, expanding in both the UK & US.

The Finance Manager will get exposure to all areas of the business, add commercial value and have responsibility for end-to-end finance. This is a high visibility role, with the ability to challenge and influence senior leadership as the business evolves.

Finance Manager

• Own end to end finance for the business
• Develop commercial reporting, budgeting & forecasting
• Deliver monthly management accounts
• Review process and drive efficiencies
• Partner senior stakeholders and actively inject finance into the discussion
• Advise on utilisation rates, margin reviews and staff planning

This Finance Manager position would suit someone with a strong all-round background, either in an SME or larger organisation, who knows what good looks like and wanted the opportunity to own end to end finance. You will deliver best in class finance process, advise the board around growth and ensure all decision are data driven.

You will be part of the future growth plans, system developments and as the business grows, the team will inevitably grow around you and ensure you advance in your career, with the company focussed on internal promotion.

c£60,000 + Benefits (Hybrid)
