WE RE HIRING FINANCE MANAGER

Location: Doha, Qatar

Contract: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the dealership.

Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management accounts.

Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, receivables, and payables.

Oversee vehicle sales, parts, service, warranty, and other dealership financial transactions.

Ensure accurate reconciliation of DMS/Keyloop transactions with accounting records.

Monitor internal controls, financial compliance, and audit requirements.

Analyze dealership profitability and provide financial insights to management.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

Lead and supervise the finance team and ensure timely completion of financial activities.

Mandatory Requirements:

Automotive dealership experience is mandatory.

Ability to speak both English and Arabic.

Candidate must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/CMA are preferred.

7+ years of finance/accounting experience, preferably within the automotive dealership sector.

Strong knowledge of Keyloop/DMS and dealership accounting processes.

Good knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
