Role Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager to perform day-to-day financial operations, responsible for reporting, tax compliance and other related activities for our Hong Kong entity as we grow. This role is required to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and a strong control environment.

Candidates with solid hands-on accounting and finance experience are essential, preferably within the asset management, investment management, wealth management, brokerage, fintech, or broader financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage full-set accounting and perform hands-on bookkeeping, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing processes

· Manage accounts payable and supervise the payables team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing

· Assist in budgeting, expenditure tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis

· Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under HK FRS and US GAAP, and support annual audits.

· Support financial due diligence for M&A activities and coordinate product related relevant financial support

· Coordinate tax filings and manage external tax advisors to ensure compliance

· Review employment contracts, vendor contracts from a financial accuracy and compliance perspective

· Support internal control enhancements, process improvements, internal controls documentation, and cross-functional collaboration

. Support the implementation and maintenance of office policies, procedures, and administrative controls

. Oversee general office administration and support the smooth day-to-day office operation

. Act as the primary point of contact for general office administration matters and assist with ad hoc operational projects

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

· HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification required

· Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role

· Solid knowledge of HK FRS and US GAAP, and Hong Kong tax regulations

· Proven hands-on experience, preferably with NetSuite ERP

· Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

· Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure
