About the role
You will be responsible for the full set of accounts for SME clients, supervising junior team members and ensuring that required filings and submissions are completed within stipulated timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts for SME clients
- Supervise junior team members and ensure required filings and submissions are completed within stipulated timelines
- Achieve team and individual budgets, business plans and performance objectives
- Prepare, schedule, monitor, control, coach, train and develop team members
- Review corporate and individual tax computations, GST computations, XBRL reports and accounting treatment
- Prepare unaudited financial statements in compliance with relevant governing law
- Work with external auditors to resolve accounting or tax related issues for portfolio of clients
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Knowledge of Xero accounting software will be an advantage
