About our client

Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.

As a Finance Manager , you will be responsible for...

• Developing and overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensuring alignment between financial plans and business objectives.
• Driving scenario analysis and financial modelling to support strategic initiatives.
• Conducting financial and operational analysis to assess company performance.
• Providing insights into revenue, cost, profitability, and key financial metrics.
• Preparing detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Partnering with business leaders to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures.
• Developing business cases for new investments, market expansions, and efficiency improvements.
• Analysing risks and opportunities to enhance financial decision-making.
• Implementing best practices in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Improving forecasting accuracy through automation and data analytics tools.
• Driving continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Collaborating with finance, operations, and commercial teams to align financial goals.
• Presenting financial insights to executives, board members, and key stakeholders.
• Working closely with external partners, auditors, and regulatory bodies, when required.
• Leading and mentoring a team of financial analysts and planners.
• Fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and financial discipline.

What you already have...

• 8+ years in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and strategy.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial planning software, and BI tools.
• Need CPA OR CA
