Finance Manager

Hi All,

Now we are looking for Accounts Manager.

Location:- Anna Nagar

Experience:- 3+yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end accounting and financial operations of the company.

Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.

Prepare and file GST returns, reconciliations, and related compliance documents.

Handle TDS calculations, payments, return filing, and statutory compliance.

Coordinate Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other regulatory requirements.

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Follow up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding payments.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

Work closely with the Managing Director (MD) and provide financial updates and support.

Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions.

Monitor and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

Handle payroll-related accounting activities when required.
