We’re Hiring – Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to join our growing real estate company in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills, excellent analytical abilities, and proven experience in the UAE real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily financial operations, accounting, and financial reporting.

* Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.

* Monitor property-related income, expenses, receivables, and profitability.

* Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable financial regulations.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Manage audits, banking relationships, and financial controls.

* Provide strategic financial insights to support management decisions.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualification or semi qualification required.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.

* Strong knowledge of UAE taxation, financial reporting, and accounting standards.

* Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and also in Microsoft.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
