Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare management reports to track financial performance, key metrics, and operational KPIs.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting to stakeholders, including senior management and investors.
• Lead the budgeting process, including preparation, review, and monitoring of budgets for assets and projects.
• Manage cash flows, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support operational needs.
• Implement cash management strategies to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
• Ensure compliance with debt agreements and covenants by monitoring financial metrics and ratios.
• Prepare and submit reports to lenders, including covenant calculations, financial statements, and distribution schedules.
• Oversee insurance coverage for assets, including property, casualty, and liability insurance.
• Manage insurance claims for operating assets, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
• Facilitate the integration of new assets acquired through M&A or construction projects, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize operational expenses and enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with joint venture partners to ensure alignment on financial objectives and cost management strategies.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and O&M teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide financial support and analysis to business units, ensuring strategic goals and objectives are aligned.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the energy industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of finance principles, budgeting, and cash management techniques.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and modeling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking skills
