Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting operations and financial activities
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations in Tally
• Prepare and maintain P&L and Balance Sheet
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis
• Handle bank, ledger, vendor, customer & account reconciliations
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts
• Support statutory compliance, audits & financial documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and management on finance requirements

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally & end-to-end accounting
• Good knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS & financial reporting
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Hindi proficiency is mandatory
• Candidates from Automotive / Engineering industries preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
