We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager with a strong Food & Beverage (F&B) background to lead our financial operations, strengthen financial controls, optimize costs, and support strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee the company's overall financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance analysis.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance across outlets.

2. Cost Control & Profitability

• Monitor food costs, beverage costs where applicable, labor costs, and operating expenses.
• Analyze food costing, gross profit margins, wastage, and cost variances.
• Establish effective cost-control procedures to improve profitability and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock movement, and variances in coordination with Operations and Store teams.
• Evaluate outlet performance and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency.

3. Accounting & Internal Controls

• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Ensure accurate recording of sales, cash collections, expenses, and supplier transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and payment schedules.
• Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls and approval procedures.
• Review financial transactions and investigate discrepancies, irregularities, or unusual variances.

4. Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, consultants, and relevant authorities when required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure supporting documents are properly organized.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of required financial and tax reports.

5. Team Leadership & Business Support

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance and Accounts team.
• Establish clear reporting procedures, deadlines, and performance standards.
• Work closely with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Store teams to improve financial accountability.
• Support management in business planning, financial decision-making, expansion projects, and investment evaluations.
• Recommend improvements to financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.

• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing financial operations in a multi-outlet restaurant or F&B business.
• Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control, budgeting, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and applicable financial compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing and supervising a finance or accounts team.
• High standards of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

Important: Candidates with relevant F&B or restaurant industry experience will be given consideration. Applicants without F&B experience will not be considered.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
