Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze budget-versus-actual performance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, financial planning, and cost control.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
• Establish internal controls and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Lead the accounts team and ensure timely completion of financial activities.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software such as Tally, Zoho, or SAP.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
