Finance Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a system integration company specializing in Network, ICT, Security, and Audio Visual solutions. The role focuses on financial reporting, project profitability, budgeting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, accounting, audits, and IFRS compliance.
• Oversee project costing, profitability, revenue recognition, and bid pricing.
• Manage vendor credit facilities, payments, rebates, and foreign exchange risks.
• Handle cash flow forecasting, working capital, collections, and banking facilities.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
• Establish financial controls, optimize ERP systems, and lead the finance team.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, pre-sales, and project delivery teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree/MBA preferred.
• Professional certification in CPA, CMA, ACCA, or SOCPA required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a system integration, IT solutions, or technology contracting company.
• Experience in project accounting, OEM/distributor financing, and bank guarantees.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, financial modelling, and Excel.
• Strong commercial acumen and project profitability management.
• Knowledge of VAT, taxation, and financial compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English.
