Finance Manager

ROLE

This role is the finance lead of a manufacturing enterprise (plant). The incumbent is expected

to stay close to the production floor, oversee the plant entity's bookkeeping, cost accounting,

tax filing and compliance with accounting standards, support production operations and

business decisions, safeguard financial compliance, and coordinate with the group's financial

control. Candidates should be familiar with manufacturing finance practices and proficient in

tax and accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Standards. Establish and maintain the plant entity's books under applicable

accounting standards (e.g., MFRS), prepare statutory and management reports on time, align

reporting with the group consolidation, and ensure standards compliance.

账务与准则。按适用会计准则（如MFRS）建立并维护工厂主体账务，按时编制法定

与管理报表，口径对接集团合并，确保准则合规。

• Tax Management. Manage corporate income tax, Sales & Service Tax (SST) and

withholding tax filings and payments, manage tax risks and applicable incentive entitlements,

and support transfer pricing documentation and tax inspections.

税务管理。统筹企业所得税、销售与服务税（SST）、预扣税等申报与缴纳，管理税务

风险与可适用优惠资质，配合转让定价文档与税务检查。

• Cost Accounting. Stay close to the production line, implement manufacturing cost

accounting (materials, labor, overheads), organize inventory and cost accounting, and support

product pricing, cost analysis and cost reduction.

成本核算。深入生产一线，落实制造成本核算口径（料、工、费），组织存货与成本

核算，支撑产品报价、成本分析与降本增效。

• Treasury & Banking. Manage the plant's bank accounts, cash budgeting and transfers, and

foreign exchange risk to safeguard and improve operational cash efficiency.

资金与银行。负责工厂银行账户、资金预算与调拨、外汇风险管理，保障生产经营资

金安全与效率。

• Payroll & Compliance. Coordinate statutory deductions and reporting such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS

and monthly tax deduction (PCB), ensure people and payroll cost compliance.

人事与合规。统筹EPF、SOCSO、EIS 及月度预扣税（PCB）等法定扣缴与申报，落

实工厂人事与薪酬成本合规。

• Internal Control & Audit. Establish plant internal controls and approval processes, organize

inventory and fixed asset counts, support local and group/IPO audits with complete and

traceable financial working papers.

内控与审计。建立工厂内控与审批流程，组织存货、固定资产盘点，配合当地及集团

/IPO 审计，提供完整、可溯源的财务底稿。

• Systems & Collaboration. Support the operation and maintenance of the plant's ERP/finance

systems, collaborate with production, procurement, planning and other departments, and

support plant business analysis and internal management reports.

系统与协同。参与工厂ERP/财务系统运维，与生产、采购、计划等部门协同，支撑工

厂经营分析与内部管理报表。

Qualifications:

（一）教育与资质 Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, economics or a related field; professional

qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or Malaysian Chartered Accountant (MIA/CA(M))

are preferred.

财会、金融、经济等相关专业本科及以上学历；持有CPA、ACCA、CMA 或马来

西亚特许会计师（MIA/CA(M)）等专业资质者优先。

（二）经验 Experience

8+ years of financial management experience, including 3+ years in a manufacturing (plant)

environment; hands-on experience in manufacturing cost accounting, tax and accounting

standards.

8 年以上财务管理经验，其中3 年以上生产制造企业（工厂）财务经验；具备制造

成本核算、税务与会计准则实操。

（三）技能 Skills

Proficient in ERP and finance software, and in Excel and financial modeling; Chinese and

English as working languages (reading, writing and communication); Bahasa Malaysia is a

plus.

熟练使用ERP 与财务软件，精通Excel 及财务建模；中英文可作为工作语言（读

写＋沟通），马来语为加分项。
