VIP Honda is looking for an experienced, driven, and customer focused Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional who can maximize profitability while delivering a transparent, efficient, and positive customer experience.

As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with sales staff, lenders, and customers to secure financing options, present protection products, and ensure every deal is completed accurately and compliantly.

Responsibilities

• Structure, finalize, and fund automotive retail and lease deals
• Present and sell finance and insurance products professionally and ethically
• Work with banks and lending institutions to secure competitive approvals
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and funding processes
• Partner with sales managers to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction
• Utilize Reynolds and Reynolds DMS and dealership systems daily
• Review contracts for completeness and accuracy before submission
• Help maintain strong CSI and online reputation standards

Qualifications

• Previous automotive finance manager experience preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive lending and compliance regulations
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred
• Proven track record in product penetration and deal structure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced dealership environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
