Finance Manager

Job Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, regulatory filings, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning to support the company’s operations and expansion of its dialysis centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, monthly closing, budgeting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, SEC filings, and statutory reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll, statutory remittances, external audits, and intercompany reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly closing, financial reports, center P&L, and dialysis costs.
• Monitor PhilHealth claims, denials, turnaround times, and receivables.
• Ensure BIR compliance and timely tax filings.
• Handle SEC filings and regulatory reports.
• Oversee payroll and statutory contributions.
• Manage cash flow, supplier payments, and inventory controls.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Assess new centers’ CAPEX, break-even, and payback.
• Coordinate external audits and parent-company reporting.
