Finance Manager

Financial Management

• Manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the company.
• Monitor daily financial transactions, cash position, bank balances, and fund utilization.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
• Ensure proper accounting of sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, payables, and other financial transactions.
• Monitor working capital and maintain adequate cash flow for business operations.

Budgeting & Planning

• Prepare annual budgets and financial plans in coordination with management.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and identify significant variances.
• Prepare financial forecasts and provide recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement.
• Analyse expenses, margins, revenue, and overall business performance.

Accounts & MIS

• Supervise the Accounts and Finance team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
• Review ledgers, journal entries, bank reconciliations, receivables, and payables.
• Prepare regular MIS reports for management.
• Provide accurate financial data and analysis to support management decisions.
• Ensure books of accounts are updated and closed within the required timelines.

Tax & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and tax professionals whenever required.
• Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records and supporting documents.
• Monitor statutory payment and filing deadlines to avoid penalties and compliance issues.

Audit & Banking

• Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
• Provide required financial documents and information to auditors.
• Follow up on audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor bank facilities, payments, collections, and other banking activities.

Receivables & Payables

• Monitor customer outstanding balances and collection schedules.
• Coordinate with the sales team for timely collection of receivables.
• Review vendor payments and outstanding payables.
• Ensure payments are made according to approved schedules and company policies.

Cost Control & Profitability

• Monitor operational expenses and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Analyse product/project-wise costs and profitability where applicable.
• Ensure proper financial controls are followed across departments.
• Identify financial risks and recommend suitable corrective measures.

Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and guide the Accounts and Finance team.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor the team's performance.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
• Train team members on financial procedures, controls, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably with managerial or team-handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
