FINANCE MANAGER

1. Oversee the company's overall financial operations, accounting functions, and financial reporting.

2. Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.

3. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

4. Monitor the company’s cash flow, financial performance, expenses, and budget control.

5. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

6. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and financial institutions.

7. Oversee tax planning, audit matters, and statutory financial reporting.

8. Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.

9. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business decisions.

10. Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Must be a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably with managerial experience.

4. Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), taxation, auditing, and statutory compliance.

5. Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.

6. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

7. Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates is highly preferred to liaise with related stakeholders).

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
