Finance Manager

ACCA / CA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and prepare monthly and periodic accounts.
• Ensure timely processing of payments within approved timelines.
• Monitor departmental budgets and identify discrepancies or delays.
• Track vendor, employee, and other advances and ensure timely settlement.
• Identify and communicate unusual payment activities or discrepancies.
• Prepare and report payables to Heads of Departments, comparing current and previous periods.
• Reconcile bank statements in the ERP system and strengthen digital payment approval processes.
• Ensure tax compliance, timely filing of tax returns, and withholding tax (WHT) statements.
• Coordinate with consultants regarding ERP implementation.
• Assist in financial feasibility analysis and scenario planning.
• Ensure timely processing ofprocurement and vendor payments within approved timelines.
• Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents before processing payments.
