Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager – Weirs GMC | Arundel, ME

Pay: $125,000 – $200,000 per year (commission-based)

About Us
Weirs GMC has been family-owned and serving Southern Maine since 1961. We’re a single-point GMC store with sales, service, parts, Quick Lane, and an OEM-certified collision center all on one campus in Arundel. We run a modern operation on Tekion, we’re growing, and we’re looking for an F&I Manager who wants to build a long-term career with us.

What You’ll Do

• Structure and close retail and lease deals with captive and bank lenders
• Present service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other F&I products using a transparent, menu-based process
• Work with sales managers to get deals approved, funded, and delivered quickly
• Make sure every deal meets federal and state compliance requirements (TILA, OFAC, Red Flags, privacy, etc.)
• Manage contracts in transit and work with the office to keep funding times short
• Build lender relationships and grow PVR and product penetration
• Deliver a customer experience that earns 5-star reviews and repeat business

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced F&I managers or strong automotive salespeople and desk managers ready to move into the finance office. We’ll train the right person.
• A track record of results: closing ratios, gross, or F&I numbers you can talk through
• Understanding of credit and deal structure, or a strong desire to learn it
• High integrity and a commitment to compliance
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure on a busy month-end
• DMS experience is a plus (Tekion preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean background check

Pay Plan

• Expected annual earnings of $125K–$200K based on performance

Schedule
Monday–Saturday, with one weekday off each week and one Saturday off per month.
