Our partner is an internationally recognized American electronics manufacturing company, holding a clear market-leading position in its industry and specializing in premium-quality products . We are currently seeking an experienced finance leader to join their team as a Finance Manager .

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management and Strategic Oversight

• Take full responsibility for overseeing the company's finance, accounting, and controlling operations.
• Lead financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and planning activities.
• Ensure the timely delivery of accurate financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.

Controlling and Process Optimization

• Oversee the company's controlling function.
• Enhance cost visibility and financial transparency across manufacturing operations.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning procedures.
• Expand the controlling team in line with business requirements.

Team Leadership and Organizational Development

• Evaluate the skills and capabilities of the existing finance team to identify development opportunities.
• Build a well-structured, accountable, and independently operating finance organization.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance within a manufacturing environment .
• Solid expertise in both financial accounting and controlling.
• Proven leadership experience, combined with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of key financial responsibilities.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills , including the ability to conduct business negotiations confidently.
