Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and reporting packages to align with the regional and group requirement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks and internal stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Lead and develop finance team members and provide guidance on accounting and reporting matters.
• Participate in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.
• Complete ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in audit coordination, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP accounting system.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
• Immediate available will be an advantage
