Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading finance, treasury, governance and compliance activities while partnering closely with local leadership to drive operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with day-to-day business impact in a broad and influential role.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

In this role, you will oversee the company’s core finance, treasury and governance activities while ensuring smooth local operations and compliance. You will: 

• Lead finance, tax and reporting activities, including intercompany calculations, statutory statements, budgeting and forecasting
• Oversee treasury and operational finance processes, including payroll review, invoicing, banking, payments and procurement
• Coordinate governance, compliance and company secretarial matters, including Board support, legal filings and risk controls
• Manage trade compliance and business resilience topics, including export and import controls, customs and continuity coordination
• Support local management and operational processes, including fleet, leasing and related reporting

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

You combine solid finance expertise with strong analytical and numerical skills, and you are confident working across treasury, planning and entity-related administrative topics. You are best equipped for this role if you have: 

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in intercompany financing, treasury or financial planning and analysis
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Experience with Swiss administrative and commercial tasks related to legal entities would be an advantage
• Proficiency inSAP TRM, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and German
