We are looking for a Finance Manager to support Business Financial Services and work closely with the Assistant Superintendent, supporting the administrative offices of 30 districts.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Finance, accounting, budgeting, and payroll
• Payroll taxes, wage laws, and ACA reporting
• GASBY experience preferred
• Retirement systems: ERS/TRS
• Accounts receivable and check processing
• W-2/1099 processing and year-end reporting
• EFT, ACH, and Positive Pay files
• State reporting and fiscal year-end processing
• HR, bidding, and financial systems administration

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong payroll and accounting background
• Knowledge of tax laws and fiscal procedures
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to train others and work in a high-profile, accuracy-focused environment
• Must be local and available for an in-person interview
