Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash flow management
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and recommend improvements to control costs and enhance profitability
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities to ensure sufficient liquidity
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures
• Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounting team
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management to support business decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualification from a recognised body (ACCA/ CIMA/ CA/ CPA) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and internal controls
• Experience with SQL accounting system.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet reporting deadlines, and work independently
• Candidate must possess own transport and willing to work in Eco World Grandeur, Puncak Alam, Selangor.
