Finance Manager

Overview

As Finance Manager, you’ll guide financial planning, reporting, and operations to help leaders make informed decisions. You’ll bring together accounting discipline, analytical insight, and team leadership to strengthen financial performance and support strategic planning. Your impact: Clear forecasts and reliable financial reports help leaders manage resources responsibly and plan with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial projection model development, and cash flow analysis; interpret profit and loss (P&L) results and financial statements.
• Oversee corporate accounting, general ledger accounting and reconciliation, account analysis, accounts payable and receivable, accrual accounting, bookkeeping, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Manage financial reporting, regulatory reporting, financial report writing, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Direct treasury and investment management, risk analysis, cost accounting, cost control, revenue management, and financial operations.
• Develop the finance team and advise on business development, corporate finance, fiscal management, and strategic management.

Requirements

• Accounting and finance experience, with knowledge of financial management, financial accounting, corporate accounting, and financial concepts.
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), Accounting Standards Codification Topic 606 (ASC 606), and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with financial software, accounting systems, Excel data analysis, and data analytics tools; strong technical proficiency and financial model development skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, financial acumen, financial analysis, forecasting, financial statement preparation, and financial report interpretation.
• Knowledge of financial markets and industry regulations. Experience in public, non-profit, or governmental accounting, financial services, or finance directorship is preferred.

Pay: $89,500.00 - $108,000.00 per year
