Finance Manager

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven individual to join our team as an Automotive Finance Manager.

Whether you're an experienced Automotive Finance Manager or a professional with a background in automotive sales, banking, lending, or financial services looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver results.

Previous automotive finance management experience is an asset, but we are open to candidates with transferable experience in sales or lending who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in securing financing solutions tailored to their individual needs.
• Work with financial institutions to obtain financing approvals for prime, near-prime, and non-prime customers.
• Review and analyze customer credit applications, credit reports, and financial information.
• Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, loan protection, and vehicle protection packages.
• Prepare financing contracts, purchase agreements, and required documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
• Maximize finance department performance while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the financing process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales, automotive finance, banking, lending, or financial services is preferred.
• Automotive Finance Manager experience is an asset but is not required.
• Experience reviewing credit applications, assessing creditworthiness, or structuring loans is an asset.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional, confident, and comfortable discussing financial products with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to achieve results.
• Willingness to learn dealership financing processes, lender programs, and F&I products.
• OMVIC certification or willingness to obtain certification.
