We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and high-performing Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing dealership.

We are looking for a proven F&I professional who wants to play a key role in growing our business, driving profitability, and helping take our dealership to the next level.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager
Consistent track record of strong PVR and product penetration
Exceptional closing, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong lender relationships and financing knowledge
Ability to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Ability to take initiative, contribute ideas, and help grow the business
A team player who takes ownership and leads by example
