Finance Manager (Construction / Engineering Industry)

Duties and responsibilities

·          Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance staff

·          Prepare and furnish timely and accurate monthly management reports and accompanying schedules for overseas companies

·          Liaise with overseas service providers on accounting matters, tax, legal and compliance matters

·          Prepare and furnish timely of half yearly group consolidation for ultimate holding company

·          Assist in the review of the adequacy and effectiveness of existing internal control and compliance

·          Review quarterly and monthly GST return for local and overseas companies

·          Review annual audited reports and prepare XBRL for ACRA filing

·          Manage the preparation of the company’s annual budget and rolling forecast

·          Review corporate income tax computation and submission for ultimate holding company

·          Liaising with external auditors, company secretarial and tax agents

·          Assist and liaise with financial institutions in its annual review and any ad hoc requests

·          To carry out ad hoc projects/tasks from time to time as required by the management

Requirement:

·          Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance / ACCA

·          Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in related field

·          Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

·          Team plyer, meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines

·          Good problem solving and communication skills

·          Audit and commercial experiences advantageous
