Finance Manager - Construction Industry

• Location: Subang Jaya (HQ Based)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:45pm; Alternate Sat, 8.30am – 12.15pm)
• Construction Industry Experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversees accounting and taxation-related works across assigned companies.
• Manages monthly and yearly accounts closing for multiple companies in a timely manner.
• Provides advice, guidance, and support to co-workers.
• Assists in and prepares the consolidation of group accounts.
• Handles statutory audits, tax planning, tax compliance, and other statutory authority requirements.
• Liaises with bankers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Prepares monthly management reports, financial schedules, records, and analytical reports.
• Renders assistance with project financial feasibility studies.
• Implements and maintains internal control procedures.
• Executes other assigned tasks and duties as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, professional accounting qualification, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of post-academic relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in statutory audits or an equivalent domain.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and full commitment.
