About the business

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, accessible-luxury DTC consumer brand, serving customers in over 50 countries across DTC, wholesale and marketplace channels. The business is returning to profitable growth and building the systems to run it at scale — implementing a modern ERP across its international entities and rebuilding finance for the next phase.

The role

We're hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to own a controlled monthly close, establish the controls and cost-centre discipline to support the next phase of growth, and produce management reporting and forecasts natively from the system. This is the senior finance operator on the team — the person who makes finance run on the platform rather than on spreadsheets.

You'll report to the COO/CFO and own the operational finance layer — the controlled close, controllership, and reporting/forecasting produced from the system.

What you'll own

• Own a controlled, on-time monthly close (target 4–5 working days) in the ERP — period locks, reconciliations, checklists and segregation of duties.
• Own controllership across international entities: cost-centre and channel discipline, intercompany and transfer pricing, allocations and consolidation.
• Bring multi-entity consolidation into the system and establish cost-centre and channel reporting for the first time.
• Produce management reporting and forecasts natively from the system — channel P&L, budget-vs-actual, cash forecast — and partner with Commercial and Operations on margin, pricing and business cases.
• Manage the accounting team and external partners.
• Drive finance transformation alongside the ERP programme — dimensions, close automation, master data, and written procedures.

About you

Essential

• 6+ years in controllership or finance in a multi-entity consumer or scaling business, spanning both close/controls and reporting/forecasting.
• Hands-on with a recent ERP implementation or clean-up (NetSuite or comparable).
• Strong on intercompany, transfer pricing and multi-entity consolidation across currencies.
• A builder's mindset — comfortable in ambiguity, writing process where none exists.
• We're particularly keen to hear from candidates with a background in DTC, accessible-luxury, fashion/accessories, or multi-channel consumer retail businesses.

Nice to have

• CPA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Consumer, retail or e-commerce exposure across multiple channels (DTC, wholesale, marketplaces).
• Experience building or improving finance processes in a scaling or founder-led business.

What's on offer

• London office — four days a week in person, one day remote.
• £70,000–£85,000 base, reviewed annually, plus discretionary annual bonus (based on company profitability and personal contribution).
• 20 days' holiday plus 8 English public holidays; workplace pension after three months' service.
• Full-time and permanent, four-month probation.

Pay: £70,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
