Finance Manager (F&B/FMCG)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $7300 - $7800

• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:45 pm, Alternate Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

• Working Location: Senoko Drive

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance and conduct budget vs actual and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Oversee AP, GL, payroll accounting and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare and review management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements and internal financial policies.
• Maintain strong internal controls, cost controls and financial risk management.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, tax matters and external financial stakeholders.
• Evaluate business opportunities, investments and projects from a financial perspective.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and profitability enhancement.
• Partner with Management and other departments on business and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, supervise and develop the Finance team, including workload allocation and performance management.
• Improve finance processes, systems, reporting tools and controls.
• Participate in Management meetings and support ad-hoc finance and business projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Good understanding of internal controls, financial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good commercial awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented and focused on cost control and profitability.
• Experience in F&B or a fast-paced business environment is an advantage.
