Finance Manager (FP&A)

Role purpose

This role supports the Director, FP&A in driving Group-wide financial planning, performance management, and strategic analysis. The Finance Manager (FP&A) will play a key role in coordinating budgeting and forecasting cycles, delivering timely and insightful management reporting, and providing forward-looking analysis to support decision-making at the senior leadership level.

As Finance continues to evolve in a data-driven environment, the role requires a combination of strong FP&A fundamentals and digital capabilities. The successful candidate will leverage enterprise platforms such as OneStream, business intelligence tools such as Power BI, and data analytics capabilities to enhance planning processes, improve reporting efficiency and provide deeper insights to support strategic decision-making.

The role also supports ad hoc Finance initiatives such as townhalls in ensuring key leadership communications.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support the Group’s financial planning cycle, including the annual budget and quarterly forecasts and financial outlooks
• Provide insightful and timely analysis in the monthly and quarterly management reporting pack for senior leadership
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and sensitivity assessments to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive consistency and improvements in FP&A processes, templates and timelines
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, margins, utilisation, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.

Process Improvement & Governance

• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Identify opportunities to apply automation, AI and emerging technologies to enhance FP&A processes.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and self-service analytics across Finance
• Establish consistent reporting standards and performance metrics across the Group.
• Strengthen data governance, reporting accuracy and process controls.

Ad Hoc Initiatives

• Support other Finance initiatives, including townhalls and leadership communications

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience across FP&A, corporate finance, or valuation roles
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience with data analytics, business intelligence and automation tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Power Automate) to enhance reporting efficiency and generate business insights
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to engage and work with different stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a hands-on approach and can translate complex financial information into clear business insights
• Comfortable working with data, technology and enterprise finance systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with OneStream would be a plus
