Finance Manager (FP&A)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans (3-5 years).
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, ROI, and strategic initiatives (e.g., new product launches, market expansion).
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results against budget/forecast; prepare variance analysis with clear, actionable commentary for senior leadership review.
• Act as the primary finance partner for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, etc. departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to build bottom-up budgets and track performance against KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, Gross Margin, Unit Economics).
• Support pricing analysis, cost optimization projects, and headcount planning.
• Enhance and automate FP&A reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards).
• Drive the continuous improvement of financial systems (ERP, EPM – such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or Hyperion).
• Assist in monthly cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or related field. MBA/CFA preferred.

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Management Accounting.

• At least 3 years of management experience (leading direct reports or cross-functional projects).

• Experience in Hospitality, Medical, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Products, FMCG is an added advantage.

• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, scenario/financial modeling).

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems.

• Experience with SQL or data querying is a plus.

• High integrity & attention to detail – zero-defect mindset on critical deliverables.

• Ability to thrive under pressure of tight deadlines in monthly reporting/forecast cycles.
