My client is an established group providing solutions to the semiconductor industry. They are looking for a Group Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, governance and treasury, while partnering with business leaders to support commercial decisions.

Your new role

Reporting to the finance leadership team, you will lead the Group's monthly financial close, consolidation, and management and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS/SFRS and Group accounting policies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Reviewing complex accounting transactions, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, working capital management and statutory audits.
* Strengthening internal controls, finance policies, SOPs and governance frameworks.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements, and driving the timely resolution of audit findings.
* Overseeing cash flow, liquidity planning and daily treasury operations, including banking facilities, loan repayments, foreign exchange exposure and covenant compliance.
* Partnering with business leaders on financial analysis, business cases, commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects.
* Supporting monthly bridge and cost centre analysis, and developing a product cost of goods sold (COGS) database to strengthen cost visibility.

What you'll need to succeed

* A degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline; a professional qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA would be advantageous.
* Relevant experience in Group finance, consolidation and financial reporting, with sound knowledge of IFRS/SFRS.
* Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor or a related industrial environment would be advantageous.
* Strong capabilities in internal controls, treasury, working capital and financial analysis.
* A hands-on approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business.
