Finance Manager - Hospitality

Client Introduction

We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Our focus is on connecting hospitality professionals with opportunities to grow their careers while supporting our clients’ talent and business needs.

Job Scope

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.

Manage month-end closing, management accounts and financial analysis.

Monitor cash flow, operating costs, profitability and departmental expenditure.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements and internal controls.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA are advantageous.

Minimum 5 years relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in hotels or hospitality.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and cost control.

Proficient in accounting systems and Excel, with good analytical skills.
