FINANCE MANAGER – HOTEL DIVISION

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder, with CPA or other professional qualification in accounting. Prior working experience in audit preferred
• At least 10 years’ working experience, including relevant experience in sizable hotels with extensive F&B and other facilities
• Solid working experience in finance discipline for hotels in Hong Kong and mainland China where experience in hotel’s operation is an add advantage
• Strong analytical skills, good business acumen and ownership perspective
• Be resilient and able to cope with high work pressure and demanding deadlines
• Highly motivated, detail-minded and result oriented with multi-tasking skills
• Proactive and a good team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the accounting and financial review matters, including consolidation, reporting and analysis of the portfolio hotels in Hong Kong and mainland China
• Working closely with headquarter corporate offices and finance teams of portfolio hotels
• Provide consolidated management reports and analysis with value-added views on business and good interpretation of financial data
• Perform regular reviews on financial controls
• Provide support on other ad hoc projects

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Finance Manager.)
