Finance Manager [Hybrid]

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the BPO industry to oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, billing, collections, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure accurate financial transactions, maintain effective internal controls, and manage the Finance and Accounting team's daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Supervise the processing of vendor invoices, payments, reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate recording, classification, and reconciliation of accounting entries.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and internal controls.

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Oversee vendor payments, invoice verification, and payment scheduling.
• Manage client billing, invoicing, collections, and payment monitoring.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, aging reports, and overdue client accounts.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding payment concerns.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.

Cash Management & Compliance

• Monitor daily cash balances, cash disbursements, and bank transactions.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, Philippine tax requirements, and applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate tax filings, statutory payments, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring complete and accurate accounting documentation.

Team Management & Process Improvement

• Supervise and provide guidance to the Finance and Accounting team.
• Establish and implement efficient accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP, AR, billing, and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams regarding financial transactions and employee-related expenses.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Previous experience in the BPO industry is required.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and accounting standards.
• Experience in client billing, collections, vendor management, and cash management.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
