Your new role

As Finance Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of finance, accounting, and reporting activities while partnering closely with senior management to support business growth and strategic decision-making. You will also play a key role in overseeing project accounting, financial planning, compliance matters, and team leadership within a dynamic property development environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA, etc.) is advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting and finance experience, with exposure to property development and project costing environments.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
