Finance Manager – Logistics & Freight. Oversee the full set of accounts, including financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.

Lead and mentor a team of four finance staff, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth. Manage finance administration, including payroll, procurement, and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts, including financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of four finance staff, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.
• Manage finance administration, including payroll, procurement, and internal controls.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management and stakeholders.
• Liaise with operations, sales, warehouse, and contractor departments to ensure smooth coordination of financial processes.
• Handle audit, tax filing, and banking matters, maintaining compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Implement cost-control measures and support management in strategic financial planning.
• Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives within finance operations.

About you

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, GST, and corporate tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work effectively across departments.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
